CUNA Mutual Group is expanding its Owners Advisory Council through the development of seven Credit Union Advisory Panels that the company said will help shape the company's strategy, focus, and product and service development. According to CUNA Mutual, the Advisory Panels align with the company's divisions or "Solutions Groups"-Lending, Members, Protection, Employee, and Financial. Other panels will address the Hispanic marketplace and the "voice of the customer on a broad range of issues." The new Advisory Panels will be comprised of CU leaders from each Solution Group discipline. Each new Advisory Panel will have 12 to 14 members, who will serve two- to three-year terms.
