MIAMI Dade County FCU has selected TRC Interactive to provide its employees with online instruction through CreditUnionTrainingOnline.
The $550-million credit union will have full use of Training Central, the training program’s Learning Management System.
CreditUnionTrainingOnline subscribers have the opportunity to access online courses such as Sales, Teller, Compliance, Member Service, Lending, Management, and many more. Study guides for each course, as well as free tech support and other facilitator course material, are provided.
Training Central, an online Learning Management System, is coupled with CreditUnionTrainingOnline to provide full management and tracking capabilities, and maintain a record of all participant and administrative activity.
The credit union’s customizable, real-time reports can be generated and viewed onscreen, filtered and sorted by a wide variety of categories, the company said. All reports are downloadable to print or save.
