The Delaware Credit Union League has become the latest to sign on with League InfoSight, the online compliance information system developed in 2003 through the collaborative efforts of the Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas leagues. In all, 15 leagues are now participating, as is CUNA, which provides the compliance related content.
League InfoSight provides compliance information on an array of topics from employment and field of membership to tax issues, bankruptcy and collections, member accounts and record retention, and includes a library of related content and FAQs.
