LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Denver Community Credit Union has begun offering members call center support by utilizing CO-OP Financial Services’ “Member Center.”
That solution offers 24/7 support. “CO-OP Member Center lending services for Denver Community CU focus on loan applications, loan processing, including recording applications and underwriting,” the company said. “Member Services covers after-hours and as-needed call center duties, including handling account inquiries, routine transactions and other member interactions specified by Denver Community CU.”
Denver Community CU contracted with CO-OP Member Center, through CUSN, to deliver call center and lending services to their members following regular business hours.
