Deseret First CU Converts to Open Solutions

SALT LAKE CITY – Deseret First CU yesterday announced it has selected and is in the process of implementing Open Solutions Inc.’s “The Complete Credit Union Solution” core data processing platform.

In addition to the data processing platform, the $425 million credit union is implementing OSI’s: cView (CRM/business intelligence), branch capture, image-based item processing, interactive voice response, financial accounting, loan origination and consumer and cash management applications.
