PHOENIX – Desert Schools FCU said its annual golf tournament raised $220,000 to help fund the Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s 1 Darn Cool School classroom for long-term patients.

The funds were raised in conjunction with the credit union's business partners and sponsors of the 10th Annual Desert Schools Children's Miracle Network Golf Tournament held Tuesday at the Seville Golf & Country Club in Gilbert, Arizona.
The $3 billion credit union is the top credit union in the nation for funds raised for the Children's Miracle Network, raising more than $1.5 million since 1998.
