NORTH CANTON, Ohio - (03/22/06) -- Diebold said 116 credit unions andbanks participated in a recent promotion for its Agilis softwarethat allows financial institutions customize ATM screens withmarketing messages and personalized greetings for users. Officialsat Auto Workers FCU, in West Mifflin, Pa., said they purchased twoDiebold Optevas along with a customized welcome screen and twoadditional screens. One screen will promote auto loans and anotherhome loans. Officials plan to have additional screens created topromote membership. Diebold's Windows-based Campaign Officesoftware allows financial institutions to personalize their ATMswith location-based options and screen messaging, segmentadvertising based on customer demographics, and to obtain detailedstatus reports about ATM use.
