DocuSign Scores $27 Million Venture Capital Funding

SEATTLE – DocuSign, a popular provider of e-signature services for credit unions, announced a new round of venture capital investments of $27 million, headed by local VC firm Ignition Partners.

Other investors in the deal include Scale Venture Partners, Sigma Partners, Frazier Technology Ventures and Salesforce.com. With the new cash infusion, DocuSign has raised more than $60 million in funding.

Among DocuSign’s recent credit union contracts are: Technology CU, El Paso Employees FCU, University of Illinois Employees CU, Bellco CU, Alliant CU, BECU, Idaho Central CU and McGraw Hill FCU.
