DUBUQUE, Iowa – Dupaco Community CU is building a second branch in nearby Cedar Rapids, one of two planned for 2010 by the $780 million credit union.
Dupaco, which entered the Cedar Rapids market five years ago, plans to start work on the new branch in May.
