DuPont Fibers FCU Gets Community Charter

CHESTERFIELD, Va. – DuPont Fibers FCU said NCUA has approved its request for a community charter serving almost a million people surrounding the city of Richmond.

The charter will allow the $190 million credit union to serve people in Chesterfield, Henrico and Hanover counties and the city of Richmond.

The credit union was chartered in 1956 by employees of the DuPont Spruance facility located in Chesterfield County.
