Earl Named As Interim CEO As Merger Continues

DENVER, Colo. — As the Credit Union Association of Colorado (CUAC) and the Credit Union Association of Wyoming (CUAW) continue working towards a merger with the Arizona Credit Union League, the associations announced that Scott Earl, president and CEO of the Arizona League, will become the interim president and CEO for Colorado and Wyoming Associations under a management agreement that will become effective Jan. 01.

CUAC's outgoing interim CEO, Pete Kirchhof, will return to his role in lobbying in the Colorado capital. A membership vote among members of the three leagues is scheduled for the first quarter of 2011. The Colorado and Wyoming associations have been without a full-time CEO since the resignation of John Dill earlier in 2010.
