BOULDER, Colo. Elevations CU has committed $100,000 to house flood victims and has presented a $100,000 challenge grant to the community and the credit union’s membership.
All funds collected will be earmarked for temporary housing for individuals and families displaced by the recent floods in Colorado. Each dollar collected by the Elevations Foundation will be matched up to $100,000 by Elevations CU through Sept. 30.

Elevations also has set up a special flood response team to assist members who have been affected by the flooding. The response team is ready to help members, the credit union said, whether it is extending the time for payment on a loan, an accidental late fee or financial needs that have arisen in the wake of the flooding.
