SEATTLE – Express CU said it has signed with Open Solutions to upgrade its Complete CU Solution core processing system to facilitate its new partnership with 16 local service agencies.

Open Solutions donated a portion of the Upgrade and Licensing fee based on the existing relationships with both Express CU and BECU, a partner in the project.
