WARREN, Mich. – Extra CU said it signed with TRC Interactive to provide it with its First Line of Defense ~ Fraud Detection and Loss Prevention Challenge, an online interactive exercise that keeps staff alert about the latest scams.
First Line of Defense is updated quarterly with new interactions. Challenges can be taken quickly and on the branch floor in order to minimize the time staff needs to be away from their primary responsibilities. The company said First Line of Defense delivers a consistent training experience for all employees and promotes higher retention through the use of proven adult learning principles and highly interactive learning experiences.
