FAIRWINDS CU and the University of Central Florida Alumni Association are teaming up to build the FAIRWINDS Alumni Center on the UCF Campus. The credit union is not only donating to the building fund but is also providing a loan to help finance the new facility, which is expected to cost about $5.8 million to build. The 23,000 square-foot facility will serve as an on-campus home for 120,000 alumni and is slated for completion in summer of 2005.
