ORLANDO, Fla. – Fairwinds CU yesterday said it has contracted with Gila Group to collect on its delinquent accounts.
Gila Group has agreed to provide a customized phone collection service for new and used auto loans, as well as unsecured and personal lines of credit, beginning at 10 days delinquent until charged off. In addition, the company will handle all repossession accounts for Fairwinds.
Gila Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Austin, Texas-based Gila Corp.
The bank was determined, by multiple industry rankings and experts, to be the best mobile banking provider in the U.S.. Bank of America took second place.
