SAGINAW, Mich. – Family First CU has installed enhancements to the SunGard Availability Services’ PLANet web-based business continuity planning service.
The company said the new capabilities are customer-driven enhancements that help financial organizations lower business risk and simplify regulatory compliance while also improving disaster preparedness. New features include enhancements to vendor management, risk assessment and reporting.
“SunGard's PLANet gives us the tools and confidence that we are well-prepared for a potential business disruption and can continue to manage operations in the manner our members expect and deserve,” said Vance Vargo, president of the $66 million credit union.
SunGard Availability Service is based in Wayne, Penn.
