ATLANTA– The Federal Home Loan of Atlanta yesterday a new secondary mortgage market program that will help credit unions and banks sell mortgages on the secondary market. The Global Mortgage Alliance LLC will serve as a conduit where the loans will be marketed by Hillenbrand Partners out of Chicago. The program will purchase fixed-rate, conforming residential mortgages from member institutions, including the Atlanta Bank’s 135 credit union members.
