DOWNEY, Calif. Financial Partners CU has launched its social media presence on Facebook (facebook.com/FPCUca) and Twitter (twitter.com/FP_CU).
The $795-million credit union said it hopes to establish a two-way dialog with members, potential members, partners and key stakeholders that builds trust and reinforces authenticity. Financial Partners also plans to share its useful insight of members’ interests and needs.
The credit union said it will post content that relates to financial awareness and education as well as posting member and potential member experiences that will consistently convey the credit union’s message regarding its services and benefits.
Financial Partners started its social media efforts earlier this month to share practical financial advice and to listen to what its members are saying, with the ultimate goal of developing a deeper connection with its audience.
Financial Partners plans to add its presence on Slideshare and YouTube in 2014.
