LUTHERVILLE, Md. – First Financial of Maryland FCU granted 41 college scholarships of $3,000 each, totaling $123,000.
The scholarships were given to graduating high school seniors. Students from high schools in Baltimore and Carroll County Public Schools, as well as private schools in the credit union’s field of membership, were eligible to apply.
Funding for the scholarship program was made possible through the KidsFirst & Community Fund.
