SAN DIEGO - (06/22/05) -- First Future CU said it hasimplemented a customer relationship management solution provided byfiVision, an Indianapolis-based CUSO. The credit union will usefiVision's service WORKS and salesWORKS CRM products to help it inall areas of contact management, service ticket resolution, crossselling and workflow automation. The integration of the CRMplatform with the credit union's host data processing system,provided by Symitar, will put critical member data at thefingertips of member service staff.
