BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Fiserv said yesterday it has agreed to sell its Fiserv Investment Support Services operations in in two separate transactions for as much as $425 million. The company’s Trust Company and its institutional retirement plan and advisor services will be sold to TD Ameritrade for $225 million, plus contingent cash consideration up to $100 million, and will be reimbursed for $50 million in net capital in the business. In addition, Bob Beriault, group president for Fiserv ISS, has agreed to acquire the remaining accounts and net capital of the investment services business for about $50 million in cash.
