FCUSS said it has paid and annual rebate and dividend for 17 consecutive years. The 2014 rebate was an increase of 7.1% from the previous year, the CUSO noted.

The Florida Network has 345 shared service facilities connected to the FCUSS gateway, giving members access to more than 5,400 shared branch locations nationally represented by some 1,845 credit unions that participate in shared services. In Florida, the CUSO said there were more than 10.7 million total transactions in 2014, and nearly 100 million transactions were completed nationally.

"As we move forward, FCUSS is firmly committed to continuing the tradition and adding value to our participants and shareholders by expanding and evolving with the credit union industry," Allan Prindle, chairman of the CUSO board and CEO of Power Financial CU, said in a prepared statement.

Florida Credit Union Shared Services, Inc., was established in 1992. It is wholly owned by 33 Florida credit unions. In January it announced it would do business as Shared Services for Credit Unions.
