INDIANAPOLIS FORUM CU has released an updated mobile application for Apple devices with iOS version 5.0 or greater that brings new features and functionality to iPhone and iPod Touch users and now makes the app available on iPads.
The credit union said the new app extends services to members’ mobile devices and brings FORUM’s online banking program, CU Online, to users. Members accessing the app through iDevices can search their account history and access FORUM’s calculators. The update also allows members to deposit checks to their accounts from within the app using eligible devices.
There now are extended features and functionality for iPad users. Members can enroll in CU Online from the application itself. Existing members and non-members can apply for and open a new account. This functionality allows current qualifying members to add a checking or health savings account to their current account. Users can manage and view their system alerts and budget from within the app as well. The app connects members to FORUM with news articles and gives them the ability to communicate with a FORUM Representative through secure messaging.
The free app is available for download in Apple’s App Store by searching for “FORUM Credit Union.”
