INDIANAPOLIS – FORUM CU announced yesterday it promoted Doug True, its chief lending and technology officer, as president of the $940 million credit union.

True, who has worked for the credit union for 20 years, is succeeding Bill Daily, who served 29 years before his retirement earlier this year.
True was an original member of the Filene i3 group and is currently treasurer of the Indiana CU League where he spearheaded the development of the ignite Indiana program, an innovation think tank of credit union professionals from Indiana.
