Four Move To Integrasys; ID Verification Debuts

IntegraSys, a unit of Fiserv, Inc., has signed four new credit union customers to its Premier credit union service bureau core processing solution. In addition, 26 credit unions renewed their agreements for Premier in 2004 through the third quarter. The three new clients include: California Adventist FCU, MRMC Employees FCU, New Jersey Gateway FCU, and Universal Service FCU. USCU, which serves more than 6,000 members in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands, is a new IntegraSys client.

Separately, IntegraSys, and Atlanta-based Penley, a wholly owned subsidiary of eFunds Corp. have entered into an agreement through which IntegraSys will privately label and sell Penley's ID Verification solution. This agreement helps IntegraSys provide its credit union customers with an extensive, easy-to-use and cost-effective identity fraud prevention program as well as compliance with the USA PATRIOT Act, the companies said. IntegraSys reported that eight customers have signed contracts for the solution, and several more are in the process. Penley has already screened 50 million IDs in 2004 on behalf of financial institutions. Approximately 375 of Penley's 1,500 financial services customers are credit unions.
