MILLFORD, Ct. - (02/24/06) Perimeter Networking, aprovider of online security services for credit unions and banks,announced Thursday it has acquired Breakwater SecuritiesAssociates, the Seattle-based provider on security systems, for $2million. The deal comes less than a month after PerimeterNetworking acquired Red Cliff Solutions, a West Jordan, Utah,provider of online security for credit unions, and is thecompanys seventh acquisition in the last two years.
