PHILADELPHIA Freedom CU has adopted Financial Management Solutions, Inc.’s, Teller Management System.
The credit union said it hopes the system will enable it to improve member service by aligning the right number of branch staff during peak transaction times, and also increase individual teller accountability with detailed teller performance reports.
“To improve service and limit member wait times we want to properly increase our teller line staffing levels precisely when activity is the highest,” said Victor Derrick, vice president, member services at the $625-million credit union. “FMSI’s Teller Management System gives us critical insight on what time our member transaction activity is going to be the busiest, which translates into exactly when we need to schedule our part-time tellers.”
