Ken Raymie has been named president and CEO of Generations Federal Credit Union in San Antonio, Texas.

Raymie, who has more than 25 years of experience in the financial arena, will oversee all business lines and departments, the $515 million-asset credit union said in a press release on Monday. He joined Generations in 2014 and most recently was chief operating officer.

Raymie was previously commercial banking manger and chief revenue officer at other institutions.

“The board of directors wishes to maintain the positive momentum that Generations has attained,” Chairman Rosalie Manzano said in the press release. “We look forward to working in partnership with Ken, the executive team and associates toward long-term credit union success.”

The credit union earned about $655,000 for the six months of the year, down almost 73% from the same period a year earlier, according to call report data. Fee income totaled roughly $3.6 million through June 30, down about 40% from the same period in 2018.

Steve Schipull, Generations FCU's previous chief executive, had led the credit union since November 2012. A spokeswoman said he was no longer with the credit union and declined to comment further.
