RICHLAND, Wash. – Gesa CU said this morning it has signed with Andera to implement the company’s oFlows multi-channel platform for online account opening.

oFlows allows members and potential members to open accounts conveniently using their own PCs, smartphones or tablets.
"One of our strategic goals for 2013 and the future is to improve our branches, and our electronic, online and mobile service offerings, because convenient access is critical for our members," said Raj Bandaru, chief information officer for the $1.2 billion credit union. "Our move to the oFlows platform is a key component of meeting that goal. This will enable opening new accounts and membership using all of our delivery channels."
