ARLINGTON, Va. - (04/26/05) -- Govolution Inc. said it has joinedwith Online Resources Corp. to offer a solution allowing consumersto pay bills electronically using PIN-less debit cards. The newpayment option will make it possible for businesses to acceptconsumer payments that will be processed in real-time throughmultiple ATM networks using Online Resources' EFT gateway. PIN-lessdebit is less costly to process than credit card or offline debitpayments and more efficient than traditional ACH-basedpayments.
