LAKE MARY, Fla.-With more credit unions either merging or considering mergers, Harland Financial Solutions has launched UltraData Enterprise Merger Services. The company said streamlines the data conversion process that is part of any credit union merger or acquisition. Harland said UltraData Enterprise Merger Services will offer three tiers of service:
• Manual Merger Services for small CUs provides overall management and guidance of the data conversion process with the CU taking on the majority of task-oriented work.
• Guided Merger Services offers increased hands-on involvement and overall project management provided by Harland.
• Premier Merger Services is for more complex mergers and removes most of the data conversion process from the institutions.
The service has already been used by $32-million California Agribusiness CU in Buena Park, Calif. and the $1.3-billion Genisys CU in Auburn Hills, Mich.
