In exchange, Mass General will allow the credit union to dedicate four staff lounges on floors six through nine in the Yawkey Center for Outpatient Care.

The MGH Fund offers unrestricted support for patient care, research, global and community health, and education. Donations to the fund have been used to back research on the CTC-chip, to seed programs such as the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Home Base Program, and to assist in the creation of new initiatives such as the Clinical Innovation Awards and the Front and Center Program.
