LAS VEGAS - (06/09/05) -- A suspect in the 2001 armed robberyat Windward Community FCU in Honolulu was arrested Monday in LasVegas and will be extradited back to the island for legalproceedings. Wayne Kalai Miller, 21, is believed to be one of threemasked men who robbed the credit union's Kailua branch on December21, 2001. Police said Miller, carrying a shotgun during the heist,was the only one who was armed. He broke the glass entrance doorsand posted himself as lookout while the other two jumped over thecounter, yelled demands and grabbed money. The two other suspects,Taylor Ikaika Garcia and Gavin Koa, were arrested earlier and arecooperating with authorities.
