The suspect that has robbed morethan a dozen area institutions over the past year--including ninecredit unions--is believed to have robbed Stearns Bank in Edinalast Thursday. But this time, the serial robber, identifiable onsurveillance videos, has traded in his trademark fishing hat for abaseball cap, police said.
