As reported by Credit Union Journal on Sept. 5, the NCUA is allowing credit unions to serve both members and non-members alike during emergencies and natural disasters. While it is heartbreaking to see so much destruction and pain caused by an abundance of natural disasters of late, it is heartwarming to see credit unions offer many expressions of help and hope to others during these tragedies.
