MADISON, Wis. Heritage CU, a former Oscar Mayer employees’ credit union, has agreed to merge into it Price CU, a $30-million Prentice, Wis., credit union with three branches, in Prentice, Hawkins and Phillips.
Price CU reported an $83,000 loss for 2012 and losses for four straight years.
Heritage CU has $227 million in assets. It operates 10 branches in Wisconsin and two in Illinois.
