IMM Adds e-Signature To TotaleAtlasWeb

LINDEN, N.J. – Integrated Media Management yesterday said users of its TotaleAtlasWeb automation technology can now offer electronic signatures using Adobe’s EchoSign.

Processing Content

IMM said its TotaleAtlasWeb DE, for Document Exchange, is the next generation of IMM’s document delivery and electronic signature capture solution, and extends greater efficiencies, cost savings and user convenience via an intuitive, hosted experience.

IMM said Document Exchange provides a comprehensive document delivery, e-Signature and document archival solution, seamlessly integrating with each client’s core business applications and ECM/imaging systems. The digital signature remains embedded within the document, leaving the content unchanged from the point of signature execution. Document Exchange maintains the security required by financial institutions with the Adobe Certified Document Services CDS certificate, McAfee SECURE daily certification and SSAE 16 compliant facilities.

Document Exchange additionally provides clients the capability to transport documents that originate outside of the clients’ presentment solution – human resources, vendor contracts, etc. – and incorporate them into the same secure, remote electronic signing experience, the company said.
