ROYAL OAK, Mich. - (07/10/06) -- imX Solutions, Inc., formally knownas Internet money exchange, said it has signed with USN Corp., tomarket the company's digital gift card on USN's Ultimate ShoppingNetwork television show. The digital card---a wallet-sizedmini-compact disc--will initially be available through USN's website and via phone, but will be rolled-out in national retailoutlets like Sears, Kmart and CompUSA later this year. The giftcards will be used to authenticate a user's identity, then tofacilitate secure online transactions. The imX CD has both storageand stored value capabilities.
