ANDERSON, Ind. – Independent FCU will unveil its new headquarters today with a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony and will offer donations to Madison County charities, prizes and giveaways for the public, live radio remote coverage and building tours.
The $80 million credit union’s new main office will feature new technology, concierge member services and Guided Personal Services that replace standard teller counters with teller pods.
It also will have a member social area with coffee and news and house all member services officers and staff for customers to open an account, take out a loan or have consultations.
