Integrasys Adds 53 New Clients During Year 1

IntegraSys, a provider of information technology services to credit unions, said that during its first full year as an independent business unit of Fiserv, Inc. it signed agreements with 53 new clients and renewal agreements with more than 100 clients. "IntegraSys leaders attribute this level of success to the organization's focus on client service, combined with new alliance relationships and strategic advancements to its comprehensive product portfolio," the company said. "As a result of strategic increases in research and development investments, IntegraSys made significant enhancements to its portfolio of core processing products by implementing a service-oriented architecture utilizing productivity-boosting capabilities like Microsoft's Net and Web services. The improvements will provide credit unions with seamless integration, rapid deployment, intuitive navigation and maximum usability from their core systems and ancillary applications."

Separately, Integrasys has signed three new clients for its Premier core processing system. Pittsburgh Central FCU, Wexford, Penn., Member Service FCU, Little Rock Ark., and MS National Guard FCU, Jackson, Miss. will implement the Premier core solution, as well as EFT processing, Loan Advantage online loan processing, e-fichency document and report imaging, and National Audio Response Center (NARC) telephone banking solutions. Member Service Federal and MS National Guard Federal will also implement IntegraSys' Virtual Branch home banking, while Pittsburgh Central will add IntegraSys' new Virtual Branch Business Center solution for servicing small business members to its existing Virtual Branch services already delivered by IntegraSys. Conversion to the Premier core system is scheduled for June 2005 for Member Service Federal and July 2005 for both Pittsburgh Central and MS National Guard credit unions.

In addition, Integrasys was selected by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the "Best Places to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth" for 2005. Every year, the publication names 50 area employers to its list of the best places to work in the Dallas metropolitan area based on key employee satisfaction areas including leadership confidence, manager support, and peer collaboration.
