IntegraSys Renews Agreements With 54 CUs

IntegraSys, a business unit of Fiserv, Inc., reported that it has renewed agreements with 54 credit unions to continue delivering the company's advanced core processing solutions. "Those solutions feature innovative service-oriented architecture that enables seamless integration of third-party applications, rapid deployment of new products and services, and user-friendly application interfaces for maximum usability and faster staff training," the company said. "IntegraSys signed renewal agreements for all four of the core products from its portfolio of core processing systems, including Premier, CUBE, CubicsPlus and Charlotte, solutions designed to meet the needs of credit unions of all sizes."

Among those moving to the Premier system are the $79-million Allco Credit Union of West Allis, Wis., and the $20-million Hopewell Chemical FCU of Hopewell, Va., which have also opted for: ReportIT, an advanced web-based reporting solution that delivers comprehensive reporting capabilities, including multiple formats report scheduling, queries and storage; Contact Manager, a tool for tracking and managing member contact that provides the tools to help credit unions record member contact information, log complaints and resolutions, automatically escalate service issues, and specify default waiting periods for contact follow-up, and Sweep Processing, a solution to expand credit unions' growing business services portfolios, this cash management tool lets credit unions lower their reserve requirements on transaction accounts and helps commercial members improve interest earnings on idle funds.
