DES MOINES, Iowa - (09/16/05) -- The Members Group, which is owned byIowa credit unions, said it has signed with eFunds' WildCardSystems unit to offer credit unions a pre-paid card program. Theprogram, called Atira, which is Pawnee Indian for 'vault in thesky,' will be Visa-branded. The program will offer participatingcredit unions plastic, marketing materials and a sales strategy.Credit unions will also be able to perform instant issuance of thecards at their branches through a secure, web-basedinterface.
