TROY, Mich.-GalaxyPlus Credit Union Systems featured how to "Be the Hero to Your Members" at its annual client conference in Las Vegas. Over the four-day event, GalaxyPlus hosted a golf tournament, welcome and dinner receptions, lunch with vendors, regional meetings, and numerous breakout sessions on how its clients can "Be the Hero" by learning how to grow their memberships and enhance their level of member service from industry expert speakers and various technology solutions. GalaxyPlus expects more than 200 attendees at this year's conference.

Texans CU Selects Open Solutions

DALLAS-Texans Credit Union has selected Open Solutions Inc.'s The Complete Credit Union Solution, a relational core data processing platform for credit unions, for its enterprise-wide data processing needs. The $2-bilion credit union has 30 branches and 156,000 members. Glastonbury, Conn.-based OSI has built the Complete Credit Union Solution on a centralized Oracle relational database designed to be an open architecture application.

IMM Signs Users of TotaleAtlasWeb

LINDEN, N.J.-Integrated Media Management, which specializes in output management and document automation technology, announces that it has signed the first 20 users for TotaleAtlasWeb.

TotaleAtlasWeb offers end-users the convenience of completing and signing their private documents when and where they prefer in a timely fashion. Secure transmission is provided for all content along with notification to the lender after the documents and data are delivered.

CU Enhances Member Service

PASADENA, Calif.-Unitus Community CU has implemented Wescom Resources Group's Internet home banking to enhance member service. The credit union selected WRG's solution for its functionality and robust security features, which are important to its membership.

Unitus is able to increase security for members through new features such as multi-factor authentication, account alerts, and secured email. The almost $675-million CU was also looking for an Internet home-banking solution that was scalable. For example, Unitus wanted the ability to gather financial data from different systems and present it in one unified view for the member.
