Oxford FCU Taps Episys

PORTLAND, Ore.-Synergent Technology Services said that the $135-million Oxford FCU has installed the Episys Core Processing System from Symitar. Synergent has converted more than 50 credit unions to the Episys platform in the past five years.

 

Text Banking Taking Off

SALEM, Ore.-Members of more than 200 credit unions in the United States are now using Text Banking by CU Wireless through FSCC’s MyCUAnywhere, only three months after its launch, the company reported.

Members of participating credit unions on the FSCC Shared Branching network are able to activate the service at cuswirl.com/anywhere.

Text Banking by CU Wireless is available to members of CUs not part of the FSCC network through partnerships between the credit unions and CU Wireless. Credit unions that have recently partnered with CU Wireless to offer Text Banking to their members include: Utah Community CU, Hanscom FCU, Magnify CU, Wauna FCU, Schools Financial CU, and Pyramid FCU.

ESP Wins New CU Clients

SPOKANE, Wash.-Potelco United CU and Pocatello Simplot CU, both in Idaho, have signed with Enhanced Software Products, Inc. (ESP) for services that include statement processing, mobile banking, paperless receipts and more. In addition, ESP recently migrated Chicago’s Selfreliance Ukrainian American FCU to the ESP core solution.

Alliant Contracts With Hyland

CHICAGO-The $6-billion Alliant CU has contracted with Hyland Software for the company’s OnBase enterprise content management system. The company said that Alliant’s previous imaging solution did not provide enough flexibility beyond basic storage and retrieval of documents, so by integrating OnBase, “the credit union will be able to leverage functionality such as imaging and workflow across the enterprise, including in administrative functions.”

Fiserv Earns Awards

BROOKFIELD, Wis.-Fiserv has been awarded two NICE Customer Excellence Awards by NICE Systems, which aims to recognize organizations that use NICE services to optimize business performance. Fiserv was recognized in two of the six award categories, Customer Satisfaction and Operational Effectiveness, for its use of NICE technologies in handling service calls and for increasing productivy.
