MONETT, Mo. - (03/03/05) -- Jack Henry & Associatesannounced Wednesday it has agreed to acquire Tangent Analytics,LLC, a Winston-Salem, N.C., maker of business intelligence systems.Tangent's main product is BI Navigator, a web-based businessintelligence framework that integrates enterprise systems withother external information sources. The acquisition follows thestrategic alliance established between Jack Henry and TangentAnalytics that facilitated the joint development of theIntelligence Warehouse and Intelligence Manager solutions. Terms ofthe deal were not disclosed.
