MONETT, Mo. Jack Henry & Associates announced this morning that the iPhone and Android versions of its goDough mobile banking are now capable of providing remote deposit capture.
The new service is available through Remote Deposit Anywhere, offered by Jack Henry’s ProfitStars unit, and enables consumers and small businesses to make remote deposits using compatible smartphones, compliant tablet devices, and flatbed scanners.
goDough is an app-based mobile banking solution used by 610 credit unions and banks currently supporting 99 mobile service carriers. It supports traditional in-branch and online transactions such as balance inquiries, funds transfers between accounts, and transaction viewing; and accommodates all account types.
Credit unions implementing Jack Henry & Associates' mobile remote deposit solution must have the goDough iPhone app version 2.7.5 or newer and the goDough Android 2.0 version or newer.
