LOWELL, Mass. – Jeanne D’Arc CU has launched a new website, called WeShareACommonThread.org, which focuses on area communities and includes information on community events, high school happenings, local history and the arts scene.
The social site offers an interactive blog on area events and issues as well as financial advice, an events calendar and brief biographies of local residents. The site, “allows us to help people in our region become more involved in their communities and with each other,” said Mark Cochran, president of the $910 million credit union.
The website’s artwork was created by local artist Tarja Cockell.
