As part of the deal, the $510-million credit union purchased CRI Solutions’ technology suite of lending software: InterLend and CRIterion.
InterLend is an online lending software system that enhances existing loan origination systems and is designed specifically for credit unions. CRIterion is a loan origination and sales platform which provides custom workflow, interfaces and loan policy automation exclusively for credit unions.
