ALBANY, N.Y. – Kenneth Bopp, active in four different New York credit unions, two as a volunteer, died here Friday at 77.

Through his credit union career Bopp worked as a branch manager for (GE) Silicone Employees FCU in Selkirk; president of First Prize FCU; chairman of the board at Excelsior CU; and current director of Capital Communications FCU. He also served as consultant to the CU Association of N.Y.
Bopp was a graduate of Siena College, the College of Advanced Transportation at Russell Sage College and the Northeast CU Management School at SUNY Albany.
Bopp is survived by his wife, Beatrice Bopp, two sons and a daughter.
